Assorted adventures in mapping and diagramming and the visualization of complex information.
.) Large-format chart clearly displaying the lead vocalists in the entire UK Beatles' discography—one can see where tensions in the group escalated later in their career, as tracks began to be sung by individuals instead of dual band members. And then...there's poor Ringo.
.) Accordion-fold booklet tracking my cell phone usage for one week.
.) Double sided, multi-route directions to a specific site for someone who has a) never been to Pittsburgh and b) I am forbidden to speak to before handing the map. One form of transportation is on each side of the paper, with simple steps and detours included. Aimed for an audience who travels easily by landmarks, but not by NSEW/street names.
.) Re-design of an atrociously unclear 'Exit Closed' sign in a university building.
